How fast do you reply?
Within one business day, usually the same day. If it is urgent, call: on working days you get someone who can actually answer technical questions.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Start with the outcome, e.g. fewer stops on one line, or numbers you can trust in the Monday meeting. We work backwards from there and tell you what is realistic, including when the honest answer is that you do not need us.
What does a first conversation cost?
Nothing. The intake call is free, and so is the pilot in which we connect one of your machines. You only pay once you decide to go further.
Can you sign an NDA before we share machine data?
Yes. Send us yours or use ours. We work inside production environments every week and are used to the rules around them.
Do you work outside the Netherlands?
Yes. We have offices in the Netherlands and Poland and support sites across Europe, remotely and on location.
Will this turn into a big IT project?
Not unless you want it to. We start with one machine and one outcome. Your IT team can review exactly what gets connected beforehand, and the connection to your machines is read-only.
